Cycling class this morning felt great to get the legs moving again and flush out some remaining soreness from Sunday's marathon. The resistance was pretty light, allowing for my average MPH for the 60 minutes to be 99.
After cycling, I participated in a 60 minute TRX course. I am very excited for this 6 week course/TRX training. I look forward to using it with the weight-loss group I am leading over the summer and some small group trainings soon as well. In the evening I taught a cross-training class. Tonight we did half of our workout with kickboxing moves and the other half using the BOSU for strength exercises.
